Northern Airborne Technology Ltd. Acquires Assets of dB Systems

Northern Airborne Technology Ltd. “NAT” of Kelowna, BC Canada, a Chelton Company, has acquired the
assets of dB Systems Inc. of Redmond, Washington, USA.

Founded in 1978, dB Systems is devoted exclusively to designing and manufacturing aviation audio
equipment. The company provides products of exceptional quality and design, responsive customer
service and technical support.

NAT is a leading manufacturer of specialized aircraft communication equipment for Air Ambulance, Law
Enforcement, Search And Rescue, Electronic News Gathering, military and marine applications. Products
include Audio Management systems, FM radios, Intercoms, P/A & Loudhailers and Data Interface
accessories.

Design capability will be maintained in the Seattle area while the majority of production and product
support will be relocated to Kelowna.

The combination of dB Systems’ and NAT’s commitment to meeting customer needs with innovative audio
systems and TSO certifications, will provide an integrated product line that is wide-ranging and
comprehensive.
