Qualification Testing
Northern Airborne Technology designs and constructs
equipment with the highest quality material and components
available. Before leaving the factory, each unit must follow
and pass a number of rigorous test
procedures established by the customer and NAT's Quality Assurance
department. These involve a series of performance tests to
confirm 100% operating capacity prior to release to the customer.
Environmental testing is a critical stage in the development
of all NAT products. Equipped for testing most categories
in the DO160 series, NAT's Environmental Test Lab puts each
design through a barrage of tests. Once passed in all categories,
the unit is ready for delivery to the customer or formal certification
by Transport Canada and/or FAA.
NAT's high standards ensure the reliability of its products
in an extremely competitive market, keeping us on the leading
edge of aviation technology. At Northern Airborne Technology,
quality of workmanship is surpassed only by commitment to
excellence in customer service.
